You can change or return all the products you have purchased from our site within 14 days if they meet the following conditions.
 

Exchange and Return Conditions;

• Product invoice,
• Not exceeding 14 days from the date of purchase,
• The product has not been used in any way, has only been tried outside the home environment,
• Any contamination, damage, scratches, etc. on the products. absence,
• The packaging or boxes of the product are not torn, or ripped, and can be offered for resale.

When you meet all these conditions, you can send your request to us from here or from the My Account section of our website. Do not forget to select your note and request by selecting the order you want to change or return on the My Return Requests page.

Please do not send products without contacting our customer representative. You can take action after the address to which you will send the products is notified to you. For this reason, the expenses will not be accepted by us.

After Your Change Transaction is Approved;

You can send it to the address to be notified by customer service after carefully packing it with all its contents such as the box, packaging, promotions and stickers sent to you.

For all stages of Exchange & Return transactions, the said shipping & transfer fees belong to you.

Change Period and Stages

After the product you want to exchange has been received and checked by us. The requested new product will be delivered to the cargo within the first 3 working days with your delivery information registered in our system.

Return Period and Stages

Repayments via Money Order/EFT and Cash on Delivery
Once your products reach us, they will be examined and you will be given a refund order if all conditions are met. For this, it will be sufficient to send your IBAN number along with the recipient name, surname and bank name of your account to [email protected]. Your money will be deposited into your account within 1 to 7 business days.

Refunds Made by Credit Card / Debit Card / BKM Express
Upon receipt of your products, they will be examined and your money back order will be given to our bank if all conditions are met. The refund to be made by the banks is reflected on your card within 7 to 30 days and usually on your other statement. Depending on your bank, your bank can make payments in installments for purchases in installments.

About Warranty
Except for the return and exchange conditions stated above, there is no guarantee of the products in any situation related to the use to be encountered. All action sports in the world do not give a guarantee after the use of any product due to its nature. Especially in skateboarding sports, outdoor, high-impact movements are tried and it is the nature of skateboarding to change materials frequently.
